Junior Resident Annual pass shall only be available to students who have <br /> completed the Everett Junior Golf Program. Junior Annual passes will be <br /> effective for three months from the date they are purchased. The requirement to <br /> complete the Junior Golf Program prior to the purchase of a Junior Annual pass <br /> may be waived by the Parks and Recreation Director upon recommendation of <br /> the Golf Pro or Program Instructors. <br /> These rates shall be effective on or before July 1 , 2005, and will remain in effect <br /> until such time as the fee structure set forth in this Resolution is amended or <br /> otherwise revised. <br /> Section 2: <br /> The Junior Golf Annual pass is available only to residents of the City of Everett or <br /> students enrolled in the Everett School District, or attending private school or <br /> 'Home School' within the boundaries of the Everett School District; ages ten (10) <br /> through eighteen (18). <br /> Section 3: <br /> Promotional offerings and discount rates such as Early Bird, coupon specials, <br /> play cards and package deals may be made by the Parks and Recreation <br /> Director with input from the Golf Course Management. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The proceeds from the Admission Tax collected at the City municipal golf <br /> courses shall be deposited in the revenue accounts of the Golf Fund. <br /> Section 5: <br /> This Resolution shall supersede Resolution No. 5474. <br /> //0 <br /> Council Person Introducing <br /> Resolution <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this lstday of 2005 <br /> Council President <br />
