Box 3707 <br />MS OH-24 <br />Seattle, WA 98124-2207 <br />Re: Boeing Preliminary Conceptual Master On -Site <br />Circulation Plan Conditional Approval <br />Dear Fred: <br />The City has reviewed the Preliminary Conceptual Master <br />On -Site Circulation Plan, dated August 16, 1991, which was <br />submitted in accordance with Condition V.A.5.a. of, THE <br />DECISION OF TID3 CITY OF EVERE4T IMPOSING MITIGATION PURSUANT <br />TO SEPA ON THE EXPANSION OF THE BOEING/EVERHTr AIRPLANE <br />MANUFACTURING FACILITY, dated July 3, 1991. This latter <br />document is referred to in this letter as the Decision <br />Document. <br />The Responsible official finds that the Preliminary <br />Conceptual Master On -Site Circulation Plan (MCP) is in <br />general conformance with the Decision Document, and is <br />approved with the following conditions: <br />1. The new North Perimeter Road shall be modified to <br />provide for two left turn exit lanes with queuing <br />capacity as approved by the Public Works <br />Department. <br />2.
