Letter Stewart <br />August 27, 1991 <br />Page 3 <br />As a conceptual master development plan, it is understood that <br />on -site conditions or operational requirements of the Boeing <br />Company may require modifications to the Master Development Plan. <br />Any such modifications requested must be approved by the <br />Responsible Official. Minor modifications, those that are <br />consistent with the Decision Document, may be approved by the <br />Responsible Official without further environmental review. <br />Significant modifications to the Master Development Plan may <br />require additional environmental review. <br />Detailed site plans must be approved by the Department of <br />Planning and Community Development for each development on the <br />site prior to issuance of any permits.
