Box 3707 <br />Seattle, WA 98124-2207 <br />RE: Landscape Master Plan: <br />Dear Mr. Rutkowski: <br />Approval of Phasing Schedule <br />The Department of Planning and Community Development has <br />received a proposal for phasing of portions of the Boeinges <br />Master Landscape,Plan Improvements, dated August 26, 1991. <br />The proposal provides a timetable by which detailed <br />landscaping plans for the first two phases will be submitted <br />to the City for review, and also states when such <br />landscaping improvements will be installed. From the <br />Planning Department's perspective, this plan represents a <br />good faith effort on the Part Of The <br />comply wi h the requir requirements of the SEPA BDecision oeingo D cn mento <br />t <br />and Master Landscape Plan. <br />The City understands that The Boeing Company has committed <br />to provide landscaping improvements in accordance with the <br />approved Master Landscape Plan. The City accepts the <br />proposed partial phasing schedule in lieu of a 300e <br />Performance Bond, subject to the following: <br />1. Detailed landscaping plans for "Areas 1 and 210 <br />must be submitted to the City per the approved <br />Phasing plan dated August 26, 1991. <br />2.
