Cables found defective can be <br />replaced or repaired prior to final utilization. <br />4 2.0 SUMMARY <br />i At the request of Mr. Bill Mccartan of D. W. Close, Electro- <br />Test was contacted to test the subject cable. All testing <br />r was performed on July 24, 1992 Electro-Test Field <br />Technician, Mr. Jim Pallansch.
