2. The proposed revision to the approved site plan is consistent with the Everett <br /> comprehensive plan. <br /> 3. The proposed revision to the approved site plan bears a substantial relation to the <br /> public health, safety or welfare; and promotes the best long-term interest of the <br /> Everett Community. <br /> 4. The proposed revision implements the commendations made by the City Council in <br /> Resolution No. 4866. <br /> 5. The terms contained in City Council Resolution No. 4866 are sufficient to mitigate <br /> the adverse impacts upon existing and anticipated land uses in the immediate vicinity <br /> of the proposed site plan revision. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING <br /> COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF EVERETT RECOMMENDS: <br /> 1.
