Additional revisions, or additions, may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> 2009 [nternational Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett and the Washington State Energy Code, 2009 Edition, uniess stated otherv✓ise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of construction <br /> documents reflecting the corrections requested. <br /> 1. The plans indicate a total of 29,820 square feet of type V-B sprinklered construction. <br /> Also indicated are future modular buildings along the east and north sides. Since the , <br /> modular buildings are located a[ what appears to be S feet away from the 40•40 I <br /> building, they should also be included in the aliowable/actual area calculations in <br /> accordance with IBC 705.3.
