The panels inwlved included the <br /> following: <br /> A. 1 - Crane control panel located on the High Bay <br /> overhead crane <br /> B. 1 - Crane control panel located on the I,ow Hay <br /> overhead crane <br /> C. 2 - Simp pw� control panels located in Pung Roorn <br /> #133, ad�acent to colurtm D-7 <br /> D. 1 - Door motor control panel for door S-5 located <br /> adjacent to coltmm K-6 <br /> The panels were evaluated to the applicable requiremente of <br /> the Outline of Irrveatigation for Industrial Control Panels, <br /> UL508A. FScce�t as noted below for the Door Motor control <br /> panel, the unite were found to co�rtg�ly with our requirements <br /> and UL's Field Evaluated Product Marks, aerial ntmibere FE- <br /> 2174 - 2176 and FE-2178, were applied to the panels. <br /> The following itema were noted in the door motor control <br /> panel which do not cor►q�ly with our requiremente: <br /> 1. Branch Circ��it P?-otection - The panel was prwided with <br /> UL Liated fuaes rated 2-e/10 AT►gi for branch circuit <br /> protection of the motor circuit. Based on inforniation I was <br /> provided at the site, the motor utilized is rated 3.1 Artg�. <br /> To prevent possible nuisance tripping of the fuses, the <br /> fuses ahould be replaced with fusea which are rated not leas <br /> than the rating of the motor. <br /> A notdorprolil aipanizetion <br /> ded�tated to pul'�^salety and <br /> committed lo Qu.,�ry eervice <br />
