This area <br /> should also be graded like a shallow channel, to convey any <br /> spil.led fuel to the containment structure. <br /> Unless the manual valve on the outlet pipe from the dike <br /> area is replaced with an oil/stop valve located in the inlet <br /> structure, a document detailing the operation of the manual <br /> valve must be submitted for approval, indicating the normal <br /> position of the valve, the frequency of stormwater release <br /> from the dikinq area, etc. <br /> The details of the discharge area must be redrawn on this <br /> sheet, particularly the relationship of the discharqe point <br /> to the rip-rap srea, existing swale, and edge of water. <br /> The discharge pipe from the oil/water separator should be <br /> changed to a material that requires less cover, such as <br /> ductile iron, to allow the discharge location to be as close <br /> to the road as possible. The existing swale should not be <br /> crossed. <br />
