Out-fall from drain <br /> would bc to 1250 gallon retendon tank equippcd with a AFiJCLARK-OIL <br /> STOP VALVE that would close oCf ihe oudet if fuel oil was invoduced into <br /> the tank. The float valve employs oiUwater gravity diffecenual to prevent <br /> discharge of oil spills. Discharge from this tank would be directed to thc <br /> new oiVwater separator proposed for the site. Location of concrete spill <br /> area will be established to allow a double tanker wck to be completely clea� <br /> of both roadways during otf loading of fuel. <br /> b) All sudace water from the new sitc, including the roof drlins would be <br /> directed to the oiUwater separator through catch 6asins around the building. <br /> c) A trench drain will be provided across the south, down hill side, of thc <br /> wck driveway to catch any runol'f from the driveway. This trench will be <br /> connected to the oiUwawr separator. <br /> d) Drain Crom the containment a►ea around thc 200,000 gallon fuel oil tank will <br /> requirc a shutoff valve between the containment area and the oiUwater <br /> separator. This valve will normally be closed and only opcned to alloa• <br /> collected rain waA;r into the separalor. Fuel oil spills will require manual <br /> pumping and removal from the containmcnt area. <br /> 5. A spill response plan will be required prior to issuance of a building pertnit. This <br /> plan is normally fumished with the SEPA but could be provided later if the SEPA <br /> has al�eady been providcd. <br /> 6. OiUwuter separator will be a precast Uulity\�ault Co. standard ��ault. Sizc of vault <br /> will be deteRnined afwr location and size requirements have be�n completed. <br /> These minutes aze an interprelauon of the discussion held. Any auditions or correcuons to <br /> these minutes should be provided in writing to the originator within one weck of the date of <br /> these minutes.
