All <br /> comments are preliminary in nature, and are based � pon the preliminary site <br /> plan and the ordinances in effect ai time of submittal for SEPA review. The <br /> proposal must comply with all ordinances in effect at the time a comp�ete <br /> building permit application is filed, including those not specifically set forth <br /> herein (exception: For vesting under the Zoning Code, please rafer to Section <br /> 44 of the Zoniny Code►. Contact the Planning Department for information <br /> regarding appeals processes for the requirements listed in this document. <br /> 1 . Detai�ed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction <br /> Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showinp <br /> site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br /> construction erosion control. Public Works Department approval of <br /> these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. <br /> 2. City Streets are to ba kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during <br /> the construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as <br /> directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 3. As-builts of storm sewer, sanftary sewer, and water systems will be <br /> required to be submitted per City Design and Construction Standards <br /> and Specifications. <br /> 4. Rooftop mechanical equipment, including vents must be screened per <br /> Section 39.040 of :he 2oning Code. <br /> 5. Landscaping mu;t be provided in accordance with the Master <br /> landscaping plan <br /> 6. The building must have a fire alarm system (nstalled in accordance with <br /> Uniform Fire Code Standards 10-2. <br /> 7. The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use of all known, <br /> available, and reasonable means of controlling air pollution, including <br /> dust. Dust generated during construction activities can be controlled <br /> by wetting those dust sources such as areas of exposed soils, washfng <br /> truck wheels before they leave the site, and installing and maintainfng <br /> gravel construction entrances. Construction vehicle track-out is also a <br /> major dust source. Any evidence of track-out can trigger violations <br /> and fines from the Department of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air <br /> Pollution Control Agency. <br /> 3 <br />
