I lospital.on the City of Everett's <br /> Comprehensive Plan map. The Comprehensive Plan contains a policy that <br /> encourages co-location of utilities,where possible,in order to minimize <br /> proliferation of utility structures and environmental disturbance. The proposal <br /> involves use of an existing,non-residential stnicture for support,rather than a new <br /> structure such as a monopole. According to application documents submitted, <br /> there arc other exiting antennas owned by the Applicant and others on the roam- <br /> the hospital;consequently the proposal would involve co-location of antennas. <br /> Conclusion: The use of the property is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> The overall appearance of the site would not be changed,and impacts on abutting <br /> residential properties can be mitigated. <br /> 3 <br />
