It is the intent of the Applicant to subdivide the pcoperty in ocder <br /> W allow each residenoe to be located on an existing lot. The Applicant also <br /> requesGed a variance fran the side yard setback of one of the lots. Letter from Dr. H�amnel <br /> Subsequent to the hearing the following exhibit was sutxnitted and admitted as <br /> part of the official record of these pcoceedings: <br /> 5. City of E,Verett Subdivision Ordinance <br /> After due consideration of the evidenoe presented by the Applicant; evidence <br /> elicited ducing the public hearing; and as the result of the personal <br /> inspection of the subject property and surrounding areas by the Evecett <br /> Hearing Examiner, the following findings of fact and conclusions constitute <br /> the basis of the decision of the �erett Iieazing Dcaminer. <br />
