However, an- <br /> other inspection of the building reveals that the two forr�er <br /> "Pringle" siyns are still at the top of the structure. <br /> Finally, no permits were secured for the sign work. This will <br /> require payment of a double fee for the signs that are allowed <br /> to remain and an inspection to assure that the signs have been <br /> anchored properly. The contractor indicated that the signs were <br /> secured "temporarily" in anticipation of exterior remodeling. <br /> We may find that the method of anchoring is not satisfactory <br /> under our Codes in which case they may have to be corrected. <br /> It is also my understanding that the contractor is not a licensed <br /> sign hanger in the City of Everett, which he must be to do this <br /> type oi work. <br /> I greatly appreciate the cooperation you have given in this matter <br /> and trusT: that the issues outlined can be resolved in a manner sa- <br /> tisfactory to both parties.
