The subject property is zoned R-3, Multiple-Family <br /> Medium Density. A Speaal Property Use Permit for the proposed use must be secured <br /> pursuant to Everett Municipal Code (EMC) 19.41.150.C. <br /> A hearing was held befnre the Hearing Examiner of the City of Everett on August 7, <br /> 2003.
