At that location is a <br /> residence that has historical significance in the City of Evereft (the Van Valey <br /> House). The Applicant seeks to use the residence for Parks Depanment staff <br /> o�ces and public meetings. It has :, <br /> Compr��hensive General Plan designation of 1.6 MF 20-29 dwellings/acre. <br /> (exhibrt 8) <br /> 3. In drder for the City of Everett Parks Deparlment to use ;he sub;ect property for <br /> staff oftices and public meetings, a 5pecfai Property Use Permit is required <br /> pu�suant to EMC 19.A�1.150.C.
