There is also public transportation available on Col6y Avenue. The <br /> proposed use would not exacerbate impacls on traffic. The streets in the area <br />� can carry the additional vehicles. (exhibit 8) <br /> 6. The site is served with City of Everett water and sewer, and the Snohomish 'I <br /> County PUD provides eleclrical power, Adequate utili6es are available to the <br /> site.
