The intent of the donation w2s that the house retain its <br /> histcrical significance and remaln in the publ(c domain for City and public use. <br /> The proposed usz for staff offices and public meetings and �atherings is <br /> consistent with the i�.tent and pro�rides a long-term benefit to the neighborhood <br /> and for the City. (exhibit 8, Ervin� testimony) <br /> 5. 7he subject property is located at ihe comer of Colby Avenue and 23`d Street. <br /> Colby Avenue, a major arterial street, is able to carry significant amounts of <br /> tra�c. There is also public transportation available on Col6y Avenue. The <br /> proposed use would not exacerbate impacls on traffic. The streets in the area <br />� can carry the additional vehicles. (exhibit 8) <br /> 6. The site is served with City of Everett water and sewer, and the Snohomish 'I <br /> County PUD provides eleclrical power, Adequate utili6es are available to the <br /> site.
