The proposed development will be located on Colby Avenue north of 26th Slreet in <br /> Everett, Washington, as shown on the Vicinity Map, Figure 1. The purpose of our invesdga[ion <br /> was to evaluate the foundation soiis, provide recommenda6ons concerning the geotechnical <br /> , engineering aspecis of the project and to delineate the extent of hydrocazbon-conlaminated soils. <br /> B. Project Desc�iption <br /> Based on our conversations with you, it is uur understanding that the development will be a four- <br /> story wood-framed apartment building with a single ]evel of commercial stores and pazldng. <br /> , The option of an underground pazking faciliry is also being considered.
