With ihe addition of the <br /> following, the plans are approved. <br /> 1 . Floors, walls and ceiling of the food preparation and scullery area sfiall be light-colored, <br /> smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable. <br /> 2. All food service equipment shall meet the requirements of the National Sanitation <br /> Foundation, N.S.F., or equivalent. <br /> 3. Wood surtaces throughout shall be sealed smooth and easily cleanable. <br /> 4. The toilet room(s) shall be enclosed with tight-fitting, seli-closing solid doors. The <br /> room(s) shall be mechanically vented to ihe outside. A toilet room used by women shall <br /> have at least one covered waste receptacle. <br /> 5. There shall be no direct connections between ihe sewerage system and any drains <br /> originating trom equipment in which food is placed. This includes vegetable preparation <br /> sinks and ice machines. <br /> 6. A handwashing sink is required centrally iocated in the bar. <br /> 7. The interior of ihe waik-fn cooler is classified as "splash zone". The surfaces must be <br /> smooth and of an easiiy cleanable and corrosion resistance material.
