California S rccr <br />The street tree species planted along California Street ;nust <br />be in compliance with City Parks Department requirements. <br />For consistency and continuity of the aesthetic effects of <br />these preferred street trees, it is recommended that the <br />selected street tree species be the same or similar to those <br />already planted along those street frontages or those that are <br />planted along the street frontages within close proximity to <br />the project site. <br />The selected street trees must be planted as required in the <br />Use Standards Tables in the B-3 zone and the requirements of <br />Section 35 of the Zoning Code. <br />I. TRANSPORTATION: CONSTRUCTION IMPACTS (SEPA Transportation <br />Policies) <br />1. No construction employee parking shall be allowed on the Colby <br />Avenue frontage of the site. <br />2. The City encourages the Applicant to shuttle workers from remote <br />park and ride lots. Carpooling and transit use is also <br />encouraged.
