Aggrieved parties will have ten (10) calendar days from the <br />date of issuance of this Decision Document to file an appeal to <br />the Everett City Council. <br />2. The fee for an appeal of the Responsible Official's decision is <br />$100, payable to the City of Everett and delivered to the City <br />Clerk, together with the written appeal in accordance with <br />Section VII-C of Ordinance 1348-87.
