Detailefl drawinas in accordance with City Design and Construction <br /> Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br /> showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm <br /> drainace, temporar� construction erosion control, and all required <br /> improvements in th� public right-of-way. Public Works Department <br /> approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being <br /> issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved, and <br /> warranted before Occupancy �ermits are issued. <br /> 2. Suilding facade modulation and roofline variation must be shown on <br /> site/building plans per Section 15.050 of the Zoning Code. The <br /> maximum permitted wall length without facade modulation is thirty <br /> (30) feet. Balconies cannot he used solely for facade modulation, <br /> and the building wall must also be modulated. <br /> 3 a. The City of Everett prohibits outdoor burning; therefore, <br /> outdoor burning ior the purpose o� disposing of construction <br /> debris or rubbish will not be permitted. <br /> b. Fire hydrants must be in service prior to commencement of <br /> construction, and fire safety practices during construction <br /> must be in compliance with Article 87 of the Uniform <br /> Building Code. <br /> c. Construction activities are to be in compliance with Uniform <br /> • Fire Code, 1985 Edition, Article s7, "Fire Safety During <br /> construction." <br /> d. Buildtnq and apartment units must be identified at street <br /> entry, and each building and apartment is to be clearly <br /> identified so as to be visible and leqible from the access <br /> roads. <br /> 5. Landscaping and Screening must be pravided per Section 35 of the <br /> Zoning Code. � � <br /> �+L r+i <br /> a. If street trees ara being proposed, refer to the City <br /> approved list of reccmmended street trees and Interim Master <br /> List of Signature Trees for some designated public <br /> right-of-ways. Copies can be obtained from the City <br /> Planninq or Parks and Recreation Departments or from the <br /> project planner. <br /> 6. The proposed structure must comply with Federal Barrier Free <br /> Standards for Occupancy if completion is after March 1991. <br /> 7. Any required landscaping provided in the City riqht-of-way must be <br /> approved by the Public Works Department and must be leased from <br /> the City. <br /> 8. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at <br /> all times during construction. Dust suppression and street <br /> cleaninq must occur as directed ry the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 7 <br />
