Lastly, we participated in <br /> last year's grants, providing 50% matching funds, project management and in kind labor where <br /> possible. <br /> The Edmonds School District Maintenance Department is willing to once again provide <br /> matching funds this year of 50% and will also provide in kind labor where possible. <br /> Lastly, we are interested in installing separate irrigation meters at several schools, one of them <br /> being Alderwood Middle School, and there are extensive General Facilities Charges for those <br /> installations ($15,080 for a two inch meter in the Alderwood Water District.). Would there be <br /> any means of having those fees waived and/or utilized for conservation efforts.
