This <br /> water conservation plan is implemented throughout the City's water service area. Irrigation audits are one <br /> program in this plan. The City of Everett conducts water conservation audits and where applicable, will <br /> reimburse school districts for half the cost of certain water saving retrofits and equipment. These audits and <br /> reimbursements are a budgeted in the regional water conservation budget. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Everett and the Edmonds School District <br /> for Water Conservation Audits. <br /> DFAUST.Audits:council cvr-Edmonds(1/6/04) <br />
