Prior to issuance of any permits, the Applicant must pay a <br /> mitigation fee of $26,720 per the Interim Traffic Mitigation <br /> Ordinance No.s 1670-89, 1773-90, and 1781-91. (SEPA <br /> Transportation Policies) <br /> 2. The applicant or its successors shall develop and implement a <br /> transportation demand management program to further minimize <br /> cumulative traffic impacts. This program shall include a <br /> transit information center in the lobby, entry area, or other <br /> central location in the facility. It shall also include a <br /> mechanism for monitoring and evaluation. This transit <br /> information center should provide public transit schedules, <br /> car/vanpool information, and a list of ridematch service phone <br /> numbers for staff and visitors.
