The number,size and location of signs and Iighting,especially as they relate to more sensiNve land uses. <br /> Findings: No additional signage is proposed with this pertnit. Any future signage would require separate permits. <br /> Conclusions: No adverse signage impacts are anticipated. <br /> 7, The landscaping,buffering and screening of parking,Ioading and storege areas. <br /> Findings: No major changes to the landscaping, buHenng and screening of the parking,loading and storage areas <br /> is proposed. <br /> Conclusions:All landscaping oi parking, loading and storage areas will remain unchanged. <br /> 8. The generation of nuisance frritants :uch as noise, smake, dust, odor, glare, visual blight or other <br /> undesirable environmenhl impacts. <br /> F(ndings: The proposal wiil involve the installa;ion of a natur�l gas c2mation combustion system. The applicanfs <br /> infortnation states that the equipment's emission levels are less than half the allowable standards to ensure <br /> environmental quality. Residents of the area will not be aware that the equipment is operating. All machinery that <br /> performs combustion, whether automobiles or fumaces of any type (fireplaces or crematories), gives off byproducts <br /> refermd to a particulate matter. Because of the equipmenYs high quality standards,these byproducts are not visible, <br /> nor is there any odor oi the material being combusted. The equipment operates automatically and has built-in <br /> pollution detection equipment that constantly supervises the operation, safeguarding against pollution and <br /> environmental impact. <br /> A Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency pertnit is required for this proposal. <br /> Conclusions: No adverse impacts related to noise, smoke, dust, odor, glare, visuai blight or other undesirable <br /> impacts are anticipated as a 2sult of the proposal. <br /> A Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency pecmit has been approved for the proposal. (Notice of ConsUvction <br /> #7764)(Registration#18695) <br /> 9. Consistency with the goals and policies of the Everett Generai Pla� and the purpose of the zone in which (t <br /> is located. <br /> Findings: The site is designated 2.5 Clinics/Medical and Professional OfficeslMultiple Family Residential on ihe <br /> Ciry of Everefl's General Plan map. The City's Comprehensive Plan does not contain any policies related to the <br /> continuation or expansion of non-conforming uses. <br /> Conclusions: Not applicable. <br /> 10. Consfstency with the environmental policies as stipulated in the City's SEPA ordinance. <br /> Findings: The proposal is exempt from SEPA requirements. <br /> Conclusion: Notapplicable. <br /> 11.
