Walter Cooper, Assistant City Fire Afarshal and Sohn Farrens, Plan Checker for the City of Everett. The following items were found to be in violation of applicaUle codes and must be corrected and completed by thc following listed dates. Lower floor (grade level at rear of buildinR) 1.The kitchen must be separated from the other portions of the t�uilding by one hour fire resistive construction.
