12 <br /> G. Force Majeure <br /> Time periods for performance under any provisions of this Lease shall be extended for periods of <br /> time during which the performance is prevented due to circumstances beyond the performing party's <br /> control, including without limitation, strikes, embargoes, governmental regulations, acts of God, <br /> war or other strife. <br /> H. Governing Law <br /> This Lease shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of <br /> Washington. Venue for any dispute shall be Snohomish County, Washington. <br /> I. Signs <br /> City must approve any signs in the common or public areas in advance in writing. City's approval <br /> will not be unreasonably withheld,but approval will be based in part upon the visual attractiveness <br /> of the signs and their consistency with the Building's overall design and architectural features. <br /> 32. Option to Extend <br /> Workforce shall have the right to extend the term of this Lease for one (1) five-year period. <br /> Workforce shall exercise such right by giving City written notice of its election to so extend the <br /> Lease at anytime not less than one hundred eighty(180) days prior to the expiration of the then <br /> existing Lease term. The extension term shall be upon the same terms and conditions contained in <br /> this Lease. <br /> 33.
