Page 4 9 2/11/2004 Exhibit A Task 6 - Optional Extra Services: If the City desires, ECS can provide additional services, on an hourly basis at the rates in affect at the time of service, for work outside the scope listed in this letter. SCHEDULE: The specific schedule for this work has not been established. In general, each component will require 1 —2 weeks from notice to proceed to schedule and facilitate the initial meetings. Each component will take 2—4 week from the initial meeting to submit the draft information and 1 to 2 weeks after the review meeting to submit the final technical memo. DELIVERABLES: ECS will provide the following deliverable items in accordance with the above schedule: 1. Project schedule 2. Meeting minutes (6). 3. Future loads finding memo. 4. Draft& final under-grounding layout drawing. 5. Under-grounding cost estimate 6. Draft& final power reliability memos and drawings 7. Draft& final power monitoring information INFORMATION AND WORK TO BE PROVIDED BY CITY: Per our discussions,we have identified the following items that will be provided by the City: 1. Plant studies and evaluation documentation related to future plant expansion and load information. 2. Electrical facilities drawings for each of the buildings that will require modification for the metering. We propose to accomplish this work on an hourly plus expenses basis not to exceed the amount shown on the attached Fee Estimate worksheets.
