All rights and obligations <br /> of the parties to this Grant Agreement shall be subject to and governed by the federal Library <br /> Services and Technology Act (LSTA) and its accompanying regulations (45 CFR Part 1183), all <br /> other applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations, and the "General Terms, <br /> Conditions, and Assurances for LSTA Grant Agreements," attached hereto as Exhibit A and <br /> incorporated by reference herein. <br /> STATEMENT OF WORK <br /> Activities to be performed under this Grant Agreement are described in Exhibit B, the "Statement <br /> of Work", which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. A final report will be <br /> submitted to OSOS/WSL by the Sub-Grantee, which provides a complete summary of the project, <br /> and of all grant activities. <br /> AMENDMENTS <br /> This Grant Agreement may be amended by mutual agreement of the parties. Such amendments <br /> 6 Bshall not be binding or effective unless they are in writing and signed by personnel authorized to <br /> bind each of the parties.
