OSOS No. G-2639 <br /> i <br /> The Project manager for the Sub-Grantee is Mark Nesse, 425-257-8001, <br /> mnesse@ci.everett.wa.us. <br /> The Sub-Grantee will notify the LSTA Administrator in writing when this representative changes. <br /> MONITORING PROJECTS FOR PROGRAM AND FISCAL COMPLIANCE <br /> OSOSNVSL staff will monitor the use of LSTA funds in order to determine: <br /> • If funds allocated for a project are being spent in accordance with the Grant Agreement <br /> and other applicable regulations. <br /> • That the funded activities are being done to accomplish program objectives and that <br /> satisfactory progress is being made according to the Grant terms. <br /> • What corrective actions should be taken to keep the project within the terms of the Grant <br /> Agreement if problems are discovered. <br /> • To report on and resolve any issues or significant events which have a material impact on <br /> the Grant or Grant activities. <br /> ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (OF °SOS/ "1SL AND PALS <br /> As a recipient of LSTA funding from OSOSNVSL and the Institute of Museum and Library <br /> Services (iivILS), the Sub-Grantee is required to credit °SOS/0/SL and IMLS in all related <br /> publications and activities in conjunction with the use of grant funding. <br /> PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE <br /> This Grant Agreement will be effective commencing upon the date of execution. All activity, with <br /> the exception of administrative closeout of the grant and the completion of the final narrative <br /> report and final reimbursement claim, must be completed by June 30, 2004, unless earlier <br /> terminated as provided herein. Administrative closeout of the grant and submission of the final <br /> narrative report and final reimbursement claim to OSOSNVSL shall take place prior to August 15, <br /> 2004. <br /> ENTIRE GRANT AGREEMENT <br /> This Grant Agreement, consisting of the basic Grant Agreement and Exhibits A, B, C, D, and E <br /> contains all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties. No other understandings, oral or <br /> otherwise, regarding the subject matter of this Grant Agreement shall be deemed to exist or to <br /> bind any of the parties hereto.
