Motion carried. wo a s go � 3 5 i o �„ i by p,-„-�, RFSOLUTION - DEMOLITION Moved by Councilmember Hansen, seronded by Councilmember Carnpbcll to adopt Resolution No. 4463 autha�izing the demolition and clearing of a building at 3510 Colby Avenue as follo�vs: WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the building which is located at 3510 Colby Avenue, Everett, VJashington, contains the following deficiencies which constiarte an emergency for abatemenr. pursuant to the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings and tl�e Oniform Housing Code: Violations noted pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code: 1. Walls, roof, floors and othe.: struc�sral components of the building have been destroyed by fire. 2. Interior and exterior doors and •Hindows are missing, and the framing damaged by fire. 3. All vital systems, electrical, plumbing, and heating have been destroyed. 4. The building is frequented by transients, is an attractive nuisance to inquisitive minors, and endangers the health, safety, and welfare of the public. 5. The premises are full of trash, debris, containers of unknown substance, and an overgrowth of vegetation which i:s hazardous to the health, safety, and welfare of the public, and the adjoining properties. 6..
