Walls, roof, floors and othe.: struc�sral components of the building have <br /> been destroyed by fire. <br /> 2. Interior and exterior doors and •Hindows are missing, and the framing <br /> damaged by fire. <br /> 3. All vital systems, electrical, plumbing, and heating have been destroyed. <br /> 4. The building is frequented by transients, is an attractive nuisance to <br /> inquisitive minors, and endangers the health, safety, and welfare of the public. <br /> 5. The premises are full of trash, debris, containers of unknown substance, and <br /> an overgrowth of vegetation which i:s hazardous to the health, safety, and <br /> welfare of the public, and the adjoining properties. <br /> 6.. The building is unsafe for dwelling purposes. <br /> 7. The building is in such condition as to constitute a public nuisance known to <br /> the common law or in equity jurisprudence. <br /> 3ti0 <br />
