The building has been so damaged by fire that it constimtes a hazardous nuisance and endangers the health, safety, and welfare of the public. 2. The building has been so damaged by fire that it is an attractive nuisance to inquisitive minors and a harbor for vagrants. 3. The building is maintained in violation of requirements applicable to such buildings as provided by che building regulations of thi:, jurisdiction, as specified in the Building Code. 4. The building is unsafe for dwelling purposes. 5. The building is in such a conditio�i as to constitute a pubiic nuisance known to the c�mmon law or in equity jurisprudence. 6. The building is a nuisance to the health, safety, and welfare of the public, and inquisitive minors in the area. 7. In its present condition, the building endangers the health, safety and welfare of the public, and inquisitive minors in the area. WHEREAJ, ffie Ciry Council finds that the above stated conditions of said building endangers the life, health, property and safery of the public and occupants of the buildings; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the buiidings constitute dangerous buildings under the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings and substandard buildings under the Uniform Housing Code; and WHEREAS, the Ciry Council tinds that the owner has been given notice of this Council meeting; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is impera[ive that immediate action be taken to abate the building; and 361
