Since the <br /> Housing Code states in Sec. 11013 Service of Notice and Order. "The notice and <br /> order, shall be served upon the record owner, and posted on the property, and one <br /> copy chereof shall be served on each of the following if known to the building official <br /> or disclosed from o�cial public records: the holder of any mortgage or deed of tnist or <br /> other lien or encumbrance of record; the owner or holder of any lease of record; and <br /> the holder of any other estate or legal interest of record in or to the building or the lard <br /> on which it is located." <br /> The list of people, companies, and government entities listed was the longest I have <br /> encountered in the last 18 years of investigative research. 'The addresses associated <br /> with each of these was another lengthy investigative process. <br /> Before I could get the notice and order out the buiiding, it burned on June 2nd. The <br /> building burned to such an extent that it is considered dangerous and a total loss. <br /> I was able to find a name and number of an owner who has recently taken over the <br /> property.
