Field inspeclion, <br /> , , data collection,and repoR generation were based on the following Scope of Work: <br /> ,,, 1) Perfortn a visual inspection of the subject propeAy to identify and inventory all accessible suspect asbestos <br /> containing materials. <br /> � � 2) Provide bulk sampling and analysis of all identified suspect asbestos-containing materials. <br /> 3) Perfortn a visual inspection of the subject property to identify and inventory ail accessible suspect lead-based <br /> � paints. <br /> 4) Perfortn Lead Check swab sampling of all suspeG lead-based paints. <br /> ' S) Pertortn chip sampling of ail paints found to show a posftive Lead Check indication and subsequent latwratory <br /> „ anaiysis utilizing Atomfc Absorption (AA) methodology (70°k of ail negative Lead Check indications wili be <br /> analyzed as a qualfty assurance measure). <br /> , 6) Perform sampling and analysis of uniden�ed waste in contafners identified en-site. <br /> � Provide quantity estimates of asbesloscontafning materials. <br /> , � 8) Prepare cost eslimates for the removal of asbestos-containing materials. <br /> 9) Provide written report inGuding sampie location drawings for both asbestos and Iead-based paint samples. <br /> The survey was intended to identify any possible asbestos-containing materials which may be disturbed during <br /> demolHion, remodeiing or maintenance activNies and to mainlain compliance with WAC 296-62-07707, It should be <br /> , noted that good failh surveys are limiled in scope and that those materials which required destruclive means to <br /> access or sample(nterstitial spaces)are not included in this report. <br /> J <br /> OB1211B7 PREAt1331 � <br /> 1 <br />
