The suspect vinyl tile was sampled twice and found to contain S10% Chrysotlle, an <br /> ' asbestifortn mineral. <br /> � � Approximately 170 square feet of a suspect gray sheef vinyl flooring was identified in the storage area next to <br /> � back door and in the 2nO and 3'"rooms soulh of the backdoor. The <br /> susped vinyl tile and maslic were sampied four times and tound to wntain 1-5% ChrysoUle, an asbestifortn <br /> mineral, in the tile. <br /> � Approximately 100 linear feet of a suspect flashing masUc was identified on the slructure's rooftop.
