15 <br /> • June 15, 2004 <br /> The Grantee shall submit a final project report to the WSP Project Manager identified <br /> on Page 1 of this Agreement by June 30, 2004. The project report shall address the <br /> following areas: <br /> • Evaluation — Provide feedback on your experiences using NFIRS 5.0. <br /> • Success/Failures— Describe your successes and/or failures, and possible <br /> solutions. <br /> • Results/Outcomes — Describe how has this program impacted your organization <br /> • Future — Describe your future goals towards this program. <br /> 5. Ownership of Property Purchased by the Grantee. Title to all property purchased by the <br /> Grantee under this Agreement shall vest in the Grantee provided that the property shall <br /> be used for the same project purposes. The Grantee shall surrender all WSP property <br /> to the WSP Project Manger prior to settlement upon completion, termination or <br /> cancellation of this Agreement. <br /> 6. Right to Recover Agreement Funds.
