The improvements include street widening, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, bike lanes, traffic signal <br /> modifications, drainage, and illumination. <br /> The funding sources for this project are as follows: <br /> TIB (State) Grant $2,154,315.00 <br /> Public Works Trust Fund Loan 1,000,000.00 <br /> Fund 157—Traffic Mitigation 386,512.00 <br /> Fund 158—Boeing Mitigation 500,000.00 <br /> Total $4,040,827.00 <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Approve the proposed ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled, "112th Street S.E., 3rd <br /> Avenue S.E. to I-5," Fund 303, Program 060, to accumulate all costs for the improvement and repealing <br /> Ordinance No. 2626-02. <br /> 144 <br />
