I-7 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled. <br /> "112th Street S.E., 3rd Avenue S.E. to I-5," Fund 303. Program <br /> 060, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and <br /> repealing Ordinance No. 2626-02. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic and safety improvement <br /> program; and <br /> WHEREAS. the City of Everett has identified the need and received a State grant for the design, <br /> right-of-way, and construction of improvements to 112`h Street S.E., from 3`d Avenue S.E. to I-5; <br /> and <br /> NOW. THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 060, entitled "112th <br /> Street S.E., 3rd Avenue S.E. to I-5," to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and <br /> repealing Ordinance No. 2626-02. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 060, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director," under direction <br /> of the Mayor. to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all <br /> things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$4,040,827.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 060, "112th Street S.E.. <br /> 3rd Avenue S.E. to I-5." as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Design and Right-of-Way $1,471,111.00 <br /> Construction $2.569.716.00 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $4.040.827.00 <br /> 145 <br />
