5 <br /> III SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. <br /> 4 RETURNS. There is no restocking fee on regular goods. If goods are preauthorized, there will be no <br /> return freight. Arrange authorization for returns with Customer Service at (800)277-8400. There are <br /> no returns on near-term dated goods, those within six months of pull date. There are also no returns <br /> on other opened or un-salable items. <br /> There will be a 15% restocking fee on special order items. These items will be identified in the order <br /> placement process. If un-salable goods, or near-term dated goods are returned without authorization, <br /> they will be held for five days after the client is contacted. Clients may choose to have the goods <br /> returned to their site and be billed for freight, or have the material recycled with out credit. <br /> 5 PAYMENT COSTS AND BILLING. Payment may be made by P-Card or other credit card at order <br /> placement, or Clients may elect to be billed weekly,Bi-weekly or monthly. Costs shown on the <br /> website are developed by an agreed upon discounts off the published catalogs. <br /> 6 ADDITIONS TO CONTRACT New Material: in conjunction with the competitive procurement <br /> standards, section I,paragraph 31, any new supplies and services accepted by the state may be added <br /> to this contract and/or substituted for discontinued items and services. New items shall meet or <br /> exceed all proposal specifications of original award. New items will only be accepted if provided at <br /> the same pricing methodology or better as the replaced item. <br /> As new products and capabilities develop, the Contractor will update the website to incorporate them. <br /> A periodic review of changes will be called for by the Contract Administrator. <br /> The State of Washington recognizes that technology is rapidly changing. In conjunction with <br /> Competitive Procurement Standards, Section II, paragraph 31, the State of Washington reserves the <br /> right to add any new technology to this contract in the best interest of the state. This does not <br /> preclude the state from re-bidding all or portions of this contract to facilitate significant advances in <br /> technology. New Categories or Segments may be added as rates and processes evolve.
