All references refer to the
1988 Uniform Building Code and/or Washington State Energy Code unless stated otherwise.
The following numbered items refer to the items from my June 17, 1992 comment letter and
require further response as follows:
1,2 & 3:d oin nn ublicwa (the alletshall beconsid re e.Yd anaadjacent p operty linene of an
l S P Y Y)
The only flexibility I can offer would be for the adjacent property owner to provide a
permanent "no-build" easement of four feet minimum to eliminate items 1 & 2 and
fourteen feet minimum to eliminate item 3. I
6c & 6d: Please indicate these items on the drawings.
7: Many different methods have been developed to accomplish the 1/2" maximum
threshold requirement. I suggest that you contact some threshold manufacturers for
their suggestions in meeting Cnis requirement.
10; When separate facilities are reyuimd for each scx, both facilities must Ue accessible or
I a third accessible unisex facility may be provided.
` 15: Many projects have "Bidder-design" electrical layouts however, an indication of the
proposed Lghting layout and an energy budget are required to be indicated on the
drawmgs as most urisdictions (includmg Everett) do no[ review drawings for
electrical permits.
il
CITY OF EVERETT• 3200 Cedar Street • Everett, WA 98201• (206) 259-8800 • Fax (206) 259-8882 '
 i
II
