All rooms shall be labeled (or the proposed use. For multiplc rooms with the same use, <br /> include a number (Bedroom �1, Bedroom #2, etc.). <br /> 3. Provide smoke alarms per R314 IRC; show on plans. <br /> 9, All habitable rooms are required to have an aggregate glazing area of not Icss than 8 <br /> percent of the floor area for natural light per R303.1 1RC, and 4 percent of the Floor area <br /> being ventilated. <br /> 5. Basement, habitable attics and every sleeping room shall have at least one opereble <br /> emergenty escape and rescue opening / R310 IRC. <br /> • All emergency escape and rescue openings shall have a minimum net clear opening <br /> of 5.7 sq. ft. (exception: grade Floor openings shall have a minimum net clear <br /> opening of 5 sq.
