It was � I' inappropriatc for the city to take such action, covering over my previous plaque that gave ' . notification to the public that it was"Private Property/permission to pass over revokable � at any time". I am sending actual photographs for your file, so that you will have ! adequate notification, and I previously sent you a copy of a survey showing the approximate position of the location. I am sending you photocopies taken with my dated-back camera on 6-4-96, showing a large 18 wheeler completely blocking the alley, and not only sitting on my vacated alley, but on my private property to the east of the vacated alley. For this truck to maneuver to i that loading dock, requires them to substantially enter my old McDonald's azea. Please note that one picture was on 6-4-96 (photo #19), and then another 18 wheeler on 6-5-96 � (photo#20), showing that this is a regular occutrence. I have sent you a previous picture ' of these occurrences. � ! In these photocopies,you will notice on 5-21-96 the garbage truck coming down the 16 foot alley has barely enough room to enter through that alley(photo #I 1). Ordinance 4081 passed April 16, 1965 vacated the easterly half of that alley(before it was u tilled in), contiguous to my lot 25.
