This condnues to be the use of the building by Meray, Inc.
Y
Meray, Inc. has not converted the use of this building from that of a warehouse to that of an
office building. Rather, a small poraon of the building has been remodeled into two offices.
The offices are for employees aho manage die warehouse and the merchandise that is i
distributed from the warehouse. These offices support the use of the building as a warehouse.
To the extent the offices are covered by the zoning code at all, they would be considered an
accessory use. As you know, the code defines an accessory use as a "use subordinate and
incidental ro the permitted principal use and established only afrer or in conjunction with the I
establishment of the priacipal use." The warehouse has always had offices. These were
simply relocated to the second floor to better utilize the existing space.
