These offices support the use of the building as a warehouse. <br /> To the extent the offices are covered by the zoning code at all, they would be considered an <br /> accessory use. As you know, the code defines an accessory use as a "use subordinate and <br /> incidental ro the permitted principal use and established only afrer or in conjunction with the I <br /> establishment of the priacipal use." The warehouse has always had offices. These were � <br /> simply relocated to the second floor to better utilize the existing space.
