If the streetlight system is subsequently found damaged <br /> prior to final acceptance of the full project , it shall <br /> be replaced or repaired to the satisfacti.on of the City <br /> Project Manager . <br /> E, Anchor Bolt S acina - 11" to 12" diameter . Circle, <br /> according to P5K drawing No. AC-2. Should any anchor <br /> bolts be damaged af.ter imbedmEnt they shall be restored <br /> according to paragraph 8-20. 3 ( 13)A section 6 of the <br /> W.S.D.O. T. 1988 Standard Specifications . <br /> II Service <br /> A. Service Enclosure - Servi.ce enclosure shall be Unicorn <br /> MPAP-single phase, 100 amp , all-purpose metered pedestal , <br /> although metering shall not be required. The service <br /> disconnect shall be Unicorn MPRV or equal type, UL listed <br /> 120j240, single phase, 100 amp. power outlet, according <br /> to the detailed drawing (attached ) enti.tled "Service <br /> Disconnect . " Pedestal shall also be secured according to <br /> above detailed drawing . <br /> B. Service Connection - Two circuits with a 40 amp/2 pole <br /> bceakers shall be installed at the new pole to be <br /> relocated on 40th and the new pole which is relocated on <br /> 41st St . near the alley. Riser construction shall be <br /> . coordi.nated with Snohomish County P,U,D, and built, <br /> according co their attached drawing No. A-1676 . <br /> All construction shall be according to the most current <br /> National Electrical Code, the Washington Association of <br /> Cities Code and these provisions . The service shall have <br /> a neutral conductor running from the P.U.D. connection to <br /> the neutral at the service enclosure with connections <br /> according to the N.E. C. <br /> III Wiring Methods and Materials <br /> A, Grounding - Grounding of the street lighting system <br /> shall originate at service according to N. E.C. (grounding <br /> electrode, grounding electrode conductor , ground bus, <br /> neutcal bus with bonding screw ) and must have a grounded <br /> neutral conductor for service. Grounding electrode <br /> conductor shall be connected to grounding electrode by <br /> means of two listed direct bariel type clamps . Groundi�g <br /> conductor shall be looped from pole to pole. <br /> B. Junction boxes - Shall be concrete with steel lid , type <br /> 1-B, si.ze �o be 16" x 32" x 12" high . J-box shall be set <br /> flush to grade. J-box to be used at pedestal service <br /> area to branch to two directi.ons . <br /> C. Conductors - Wiring between the poles and service shall <br /> be 3-#6 copper and �10/2 copper with ground UF-type cable <br /> from fuses inside the pole to luminaire . <br />
