The I <br /> proposed addition would make the <br /> total gross floor area 16,400 sq. ft. <br /> total requirement for 82 offstreet <br /> parking spaces. The applicant is <br /> requesting to provide 64 offstreet <br /> parking places. (Eighteen parking <br /> spaces deficient.) Office space expansion is for current physicians; no new <br /> physicians will be added. <br /> B.
