A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br /> showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, storm drainage, and <br /> all required improvements to the puUlic right-oi-way. Pub:ic Works <br /> Department approval of these drawings is required before any permits <br /> are issued. All improvements shall be completcd before the Occupancy <br /> Permit is issued. <br /> 2. City streets are to be kept ciear of dirt and debris during constructian. <br /> 3. During construction all truck traific to and from the site within the <br /> City oi C•verett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved <br /> hy tiie Public \Vorks Department. <br /> 4. improvements to the right of way shall indude the following: <br /> (a) Extruded curb on 43rd Street shall be removed and replaced with <br /> A-1 curb and guiter and 5 foot concrete sidewaik. <br /> (b) Sidewalk on Colby shall be widened to six feet. <br /> (c) Wheelchair ramps are required on the corner. <br /> 5. Access Shall be from 43rd Street and the alley only. <br /> 6. On-site detention with provision for oil removal is required. Drainage <br /> calculations are to be submitted �vith the attached cover sheet. <br /> 7. Fublic Worl<s Department approval of gradin� and temporary erosion ,. <br /> control plans �viih provision for sediment removal is required before <br /> commencing site preparation. <br /> Amend Checklist As �ollows: <br /> - li- 13 - b, c, d and f - change to yes. <br /> Information ror The Developer: <br /> 1.
