� <br />� <br />FINDINGS A��D DECISION <br />OF THE HEARING EXAMINER PRO TEM OF THE <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />/--/t t�--c �_ �, t <br />1�� � ��31 <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION <br />OF JOHN COBB FOR APPROVAL OF A <br />REVIEW PROCESS III RPIII #06-004 <br />DECISION: The request of John Cobb for relief from the height and <br />square footage restrictions to pe►mit the construction of <br />' a detached accessory building on property located at <br />5108 Colby Avenue is granbed in part and denied in <br />part <br />The exception from the height restrictions of EMC <br />19.7.020(H) is GRANTED. The detached accessory <br />buiiding shall be no greater than 22 feet 2 inches in <br />height. <br />The exception from the square footage restrictions <br />of EMC 19.7.020(B) is DENIED. The detached <br />accessory building shall have a footprint of no greater <br />than 500 square feet, for a total of 1,000 square feet for <br />both levels. <br />John Cobb (Applicant), through his representative, Rod Wickham of RAD Design, <br />requested relief from Everett Municipal Code (EMC) 19.7.020 to permit the construdion <br />of a detached garage on property located at 5108 Colby Avenue, Everett, Washington <br />(Subject Property). Relief was requested from both the maximum permitted height and <br />the maximum permitted square footage of an accessory structure. <br />A hearing was held before the Hearing Examiner Pro Tem of the City of Everett on <br />January 25, 2007.
