The first request seeks relief from the height restrictions set forth in EMC <br />19.7.020(H). EMC 19.7.020(H) provides: "Detached accessory buildings shall <br />not exceed fifteen feet in height." The design of the garage provides for a <br />structure with the total height of approximately 22 feet 2 inches, measured from <br />the base elevation of the structure. The structure, as designed, exceeds the <br />City's limits on height by 7 feet 2 inches.
