A request for a one year extension o, <br />this Final Declaration of Nonsignificance may be made to the Planning <br />Director prior to the expiration date. <br />Description of Proposal: <br />The proposed action is issuance of a Nonconforming Use Permit to allow the expansion of <br />Conaway Motors. The factors as listed in the attached Planning Staff Report to Hearing <br />Examiner were considered and conditions developed in response to comments recelved from <br />various City departments after their review of an Environmental Checklist for this proposal: <br />Proponent: <br />W.
